Dr John Pepper

Dr Pepper has been a GP at Belvidere Medical Practice, Shrewsbury, since 1996. He has also worked as a GP Appraiser for NHS England since 2012.

Having first moved to Shropshire in 1978, he attended Priory Boys’ Grammar School and Shrewsbury Sixth Form College before studying Medicine at Sheffield University. After completing his GP training in Derbyshire, he worked in Nottingham before returning to Shropshire with his family.

In his role as Chair of Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin CCG, Dr Pepper aims to contribute to CCG decision making to maintain and develop the best possible services for patients across the health care system.
