Rachael Bryceland

Rachael has been a registered nurse for over twenty-three years having worked in both Secondary and Primary Care roles. For the past sixteen years she has been working within the Primary Care and Urgent Care domain. She has been an Advanced Nurse Practitioner for the past 8 years and currently holds a position as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Non-Medical Clinical Lead within Stirchley and Sutton Hill Medical Practice.

As a clinical governance board member, Rachael’s role is to underpin the work of the CCG by providing a patient focussed whole team perspective in her professional views on local health care issues. With her experience she can apply her practiced perspective of nursing contributions, in order to maintain and improve the quality of patient care.
