Gifts, Hospitality and Sponsorship – Anti Bribery Policy

This document sets out NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Clinical Commissioning Group’s policy and procedure for CCG employees, Governing Body and Committee members and contractors to declare gifts, hospitality, commercial sponsorship to ensure the requirements of the Bribery Act 2010 dealing with the requirements of the Bribery Act 2010. This document should be read in conjunction with the CCG’s Conflicts of Interest Policy.
